Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the order being placed. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery (UK Mainland only). All of our deliveries require a signature upon delivery to confirm that you have received the goods. If you ask us to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, you accept that, once the courier has left a card with you or through your letterbox, that the goods have been safely delivered and belong to you.

Information and privacy
At Dreamgenii, we will not share any or your details with any third parties. We will send you emails from time to time about our special offers and information that we think may be of interest to you. You will always have the option to opt-out of these emails of you do not wish to receive them by emailing us at customerservice@dreamgenii.com
We will keep information about your previous orders to allow us to effectively deal with any queries you may have.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes can only be used against one purchase
Sale Items
We will run promotional sales and price reductions from time to time in order to make room for new stock. All Sale items will revert back to the original list price once the sale period has come to an end.

Gift and Discount Vouchers
1. Vouchers are redeemable against one purchase only
2. There will be no cash refunds for returned goods. New vouchers will be issued for any further purchase.
3. There will be no cash refund for goods purchased that do not meet the value of the voucher. A further voucher will be generated for the value of the amount left after your purchase to allow you to use it against a future purchase.
4. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
5. Vouchers are only valid with purchases of £20 or more
Competition Winners
Competition Winners will be either issued goods or vouchers to the value of the competition depending upon the competition offer.
Where vouchers are issued, they are redeemable against any of our stock items

We have made every effort to describe items and colours accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Well pregnancy products shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer. Resale of any dreamgenii product without the express, written consent of Well Pregnancy Products trading as dreamgenii is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders for dreamgenii deemed to be commercial quantities will not be accepted. Please note, local import duties maybe payable on receipt.
All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.
