Returns Policy
The dreamgenii® pregnancy pillow is an intimate item, so whilst it been designed to offer supported and comfortable sleep for most women, we regret that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept and refund returned pillows if you decide that it is not suitable for you. If the pillow is damaged, we will replace it upon receipt of return.
We will refund Billy Winky Products providing they are still unopened and in their original wrapper.
Breastfeeding products cannot be refunded once opened.
We will replace any items that are faulty.
